So much lovely detail! I like the rather nice mix between a linear and painterly style for how you colored this one.
The only constructive criticism I would like to give is that I wish the background, more specifically, behind the upper half of her body was darker. So something more like a gradient in the tonal values for the background. I don't think making it a little darker would have detracted the attention/idea of the girl being the focal point. It would have made a nice dark, in contrast to the lighter/fair skin tones. That's just my opinion though. Even without applying that, this picture is stunning for giving the illusion of a three-dimensional-like effect
Just the way she stands out in the picture was a clever way to make me feel a sense of priority in her attention, giving a rather interesting allusion to the "regal" feel of her, as mentioned in the title over some of the more cliche things like using a vibrant gold color, crown, composition where she is higher than pretty much anything else in the background, etc. This alone, sort of makes me feel tempted to try to digitally paint people again.
