I was having an interesting conversation about philosophical open-mindedness vs. social-openmindedness with frosteas in my last journal when I found out we were both INTPs (Myers Briggs Personality Test classification). I decided to do a bit of reading-up on it since the last few times I took the test (I always got INTP anyway), I was always in a position where I didn't have much time to read the full thing in detail. I seem to have missed that, according to the source below, INTPs make up 3% of the known data from people. While I would call this "uncommon" rather than "rare" (INTJs are 0.8%, and that's my comfortable understanding of 'rare'), it was still good to find another INTP with such strong T traits like me. :D

If you haven't taken the test yet, you can take it at www.16personalities.com and feel free to share your results with me. o vo)/)

If you're interested in learning more about me, I'm nearly a perfect fit of INTP, so you can find out a lot by reading this: www.16personalities.com/intp-p…

It might even clear up some past and potential misunderstandings. I have every single one of the strengths and weaknesses listed, and if I have ever hurt your feelings in some way, shape or form without realizing it, it's probably because I saw greater value in the truth or possible solutions to a problem than empty, comforting words. Have fun!
